How long does it take to receive my purchase?
A
We have never been longer than 24 hours so far to email files to our customers. If we are not having a busy day then files are generally delivered within an hour or so.

What can I do if I have not received my purchase?
A
If you did not receive your file within a 48 hour period it more than likely went to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder and if for some reason you do not see it there, click here for further instructions.

Do you accept other form of payment?
A
No unfortunately we do not. We only use paypal for payment processing. They accept credit cards, bank transfers, and payments can also be made directly if you happen to have a paypal account. You do not need a paypal account to use their service.

Are the newspapers headlines accurate?

Yes they are all historically correct. We understand that the news is not always good so we change the main headline to "A Nation Celebrates the Birth of..."

Do you mail anything to my home?

No sorry we do not. All purchased files on this site are meant to be printed from your own printer.

Are your coat of arms genuine?
A
The first thing you must realize is that there is no such thing as a "genuine family coat of arms" for the small price we charge. Historically coat of arms were given to individuals and not families. Those coat of arms were specifically designed for the recipient and no two were alike. There was a procedure for passing a coat of arms down from Father to Son or from Mother to Daughter however and that is probably how the misconception of the family name coat of arms came to be. If you require a genuine coat of arms made specifically for your family name you will need to apply for one from an organization that deals with that and those services will cost you several hundred dollars at a minimum. For this reason all coat of arms sold on this site should be considered generic in nature and in no way should be considered to be anything of absolute historical certainty or genuine. By ordering any of our coat of arms you understand and agree that they are generic in nature. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

What is a PDF file and just as important, how do I print it?

All files may be printed using Acrobat Reader which may be downloaded free from their site if it is not already installed on your computer (It is almost always installed).

Do you have any other country specific information for your anniversary print?
A
We always use USA information for the anniversary almanac. We do have information for Canada as well as Australia but we only use that information if it is requested by adding the request in the note section during the checkout process.

Do you offer refunds?
A
We only sell digital content that is emailed to you via the email address you supplied during checkout. As with all forms of digital content available on the internet and in retail stores(such as software, Music CD's, Movie DVD's, etc) we do not offer refunds unless we did not deliver your purchase to you within 48 hours which we guarantee. Your email provider marking our messages to you as spam does not constitute failure to deliver files to our customers and is beyond our control. We do not offer refunds in any other case because digital content supplied as a service is not returnable. Once the order is placed and it is emailed to you, our service commitment has been performed and is to be considered complete. Thank you for understanding...

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Unfortunately we are unable to make samples for everyone simply because of the number of requests that we receive. Most of our files are provided at a very low cost and the fee would have to increase to compensate for our time. Every item we sell has at least one sample to illustrate the quality and style of that particular file which is a fair compromise to raising the cost of our files. Basically, we do not provide samples... We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

What size are your files?

All files provided on this website are the standard 8.5 x 11 inches that all home printers are cable of printing. If you have a large format printer you may use the "fit to page" or similar option that is always included with the large format printers software to make larger copies.

Can I buy one of your backgrounds for my own project?
A
We are sorry but our backgrounds are used for our printable files and we do not sell or offer these for use for any other purpose.
